Business & Contact Privacy

This covers how we handle information about business contacts, prospects, and people on our mailing list — the people and companies we talk to for partnerships, sales, and outreach. It's separate from the Cirdia apps: none of this involves an app user's wellness data, which stays on their device.

What we keep

• Business contacts and prospects — name, business email, company, phone, LinkedIn or other professional profile, general location (country/city/state), where the contact came from, and our own internal notes and an internal priority rating we use to organize outreach.
• Mailing-list subscribers — email address and subscription status. Part of this list was imported from the email platform we used previously, with the consent dates recorded there.

Where it comes from

Some of it you give us directly — a form, a reply, a conversation. Some of it we gather from public professional sources (for example a LinkedIn profile, a conference, or an introduction), so a record may exist about a business contact who never personally submitted anything to us. Either way, it's business contact information used in a business context.

Why we're allowed to hold it

For business outreach, we rely on our legitimate interest in reaching potential partners and customers — the standard basis for business-to-business contact. For marketing emails specifically, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link).

Internal AI

We use an internal AI tool (Anthropic) to help us prioritize and summarize outreach. It processes business-contact details and our notes — never any health or wellness data. It only helps us decide who to follow up with; it doesn't make decisions that affect you.

Your rights

Even though this is business information, if a record identifies you as an individual you can:

• Access what we hold about you,
• Correct it,
• Delete it, and
• Object — tell us to stop, and we'll remove you from outreach.
