Website & Cookies

This covers how our websites handle data. For the Cirdia apps, see the App Privacy Policy. For how we handle business contacts and prospects, see the Business & Contact Privacy Policy.
The short version
Our main website uses cookieless analytics and sets no cookies. The only place we set cookies or run any ad tracking is on our dedicated marketing landing pages — and only if you agree. Our answer-engine site, cirdia.co, collects nothing at all beyond that same cookieless analytics.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and collects only aggregate, anonymous usage data. No personal information is stored and no cookies are set. This is the only measurement on most of our site, and it's the only thing running on cirdia.co.
Marketing landing pages (cirdia.com/l/*)
These are dedicated pages we use as destinations for social-media advertising — you reach them by clicking an ad. With your consent, these pages set cookies and load the Meta pixel to measure ad performance. The pixel sends page-view events and standard device/browser data to Meta. This tracking is not present anywhere else on our site, and no health, wellness, symptom, or wearable data is ever sent.
You're in control:
- You can decline when asked, and change your mind anytime via "Cookie preferences" in the landing-page footer.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as an automatic decline — the pixel won't load, and you don't have to click anything.
Forms and what we collect
- Contact form — your name, email, subject, and message.
- Country — when you submit a form, we derive your country from your IP address via Cloudflare and store the country, not your IP address.
- Marketing attribution (UTM) — if you arrive from a campaign link, those parameters are held briefly in your browser and sent along only if you submit a form, so we understand which campaigns work.
(The fuller record we keep about business contacts and prospects is described in the Business & Contact Privacy Policy.)
Email engagement
If you're subscribed to our emails, we track whether you open them and click links, tied to your email address, so we can improve what we send. Marketing emails are opt-in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of ad measurement — decline cookies on the landing pages, use the "Cookie preferences" link, or send a GPC signal (we honor it). For California residents, the landing-page pixel is the only thing that qualifies as "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising," and these are the ways to opt out of it.
- Access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold from a form — email privacy@cirdia.com.
Who processes website data
Plausible (analytics), Meta (landing-page ad measurement), Cloudflare (edge/security), and our email provider. The full list, with what each handles and where, is on our Sub-processors page.
