Program partners

A privacy-first tracking system for programs like yours.

Your methodology already tells clients what to track. Tapestry is the tool that does it beautifully: your framework's vocabulary, your program's voice on every weekly report, pattern intelligence that surfaces what manual review cannot, and an architecture that never keeps your clients' health data in a database.

What we offer

Privacy-first tracking, built for programs.

Most wellness programs ask clients to track the things your methodology highlights. Most clients do it by hand, with notebooks, or with generic apps that have nothing to do with your framework. Tapestry is the tool we build so your program has a proper one.

  1. 01

A tracking system clients actually use.

Tapestry is a tap-to-track journal. Thirty seconds a day. Configured in your methodology's vocabulary, so the daily practice matches the work clients do with you. Most tracking apps get abandoned. Tapestry stays deliberately light so the record actually gets kept.

  2. 02

Built to support practitioners, not replace them.

Tapestry handles the data layer: collecting, connecting, and surfacing patterns privately. Interpretation stays with your practitioners. The insight report arrives in your program's voice and reinforces the relationship between client and coach. It does not step into it.

  3. 03

Pattern intelligence across weeks of data.

Once a week, a private analysis surfaces what manual review cannot: trends over time, relationships between trackables, and directional lag patterns. "Her energy reliably drops two days after disrupted sleep, not the night itself." The kind of insight that only becomes visible across weeks of data sitting side by side.

  4. 04

    Partnerships customised to your program.

Every partnership is shaped to your methodology. Your trackables, your report voice, your brand, your choice of delivery (direct to your audience, through your coaches, or both). Most partnerships begin with a short pilot. No long commercial commitment to start.

What follows is a fuller account: how a partnership is structured, what Tapestry feels like to your clients, what it changes for your practitioners, and the privacy architecture underneath all of it.

How a partnership works

Your methodology, with infrastructure.

Customised to your methodology

Trackables are named in your framework's vocabulary. The Week in Wellness report is written in your program's voice. Your logo and practitioner name appear on every report. The customisation is structural, not cosmetic. Your intellectual property becomes part of how clients understand their own data, and the daily practice clients do on their phones stays coherent with the work they do in session.

Two ways to deliver it

How Tapestry reaches the people you work with is up to you. Most partnerships settle into one of two shapes. Some programs do both.

Option A

Direct to your audience.

Your program brings Tapestry to its community as the methodology's tracking tool. Clients use it under your program's brand voice. A good fit when your audience engages with your program directly, including at founder or premium tiers.

Option B

A tool your coaches can offer.

Your certified coaches make Tapestry available to their clients as a between-session tracking layer. The app carries your methodology's vocabulary, so the client's daily practice stays coherent with the work they do in session. The coach keeps the client relationship; Tapestry adds the data layer.

  • Account-level information
  • Never: individual client health data

The individual

  • Which of their clients are active
  • Account-level information for their cohort
  • Never: any health data unless a client shares a report

  • Choice of what, if anything, to share

How we typically start

A small pilot, run properly. Most partnerships begin with eight weeks: one cohort, your methodology translated into Tapestry's trackables, no commercial commitment. The pilot is how both sides learn whether the fit is real.

Align on methodology

We translate your framework into Tapestry's trackables and shape the Week in Wellness language. A configured environment prepared for your pilot group.

Identify the cohort

Typically ten to thirty clients, three to five coaches within your network, or a segment of your direct audience. Success criteria agreed before anyone starts.

Run the eight weeks

Clients track daily. Weekly reports generate in your framework's voice. Coaches work with clients as they already do, with the pattern layer available between sessions.

Review together

A written case study. What worked, what did not, what the pattern engine surfaced that was useful. If the pilot holds, the broader partnership conversation follows naturally.

Tapestry for end users

Thirty seconds a day. A weekly record that connects the dots.

Your clients already pay attention to what matters. The hard part is holding twelve weeks of it accurately enough to see what connects. Tapestry keeps that record, with the lightest possible daily cost.

Open, tap, done. Each week a personalised report arrives, written in your program's voice, surfacing patterns across what they have tracked and, if they have opted in, their wearable data. It is theirs first. They decide what, if anything, to share with their coach.

"This is exactly what my practitioner wants me to do, but so much easier."

Tapestry for practitioners

Your clients arrive with the context you always wished they had.

Not because you asked them to report back. Because they have been tracking in an app your program made available, in the vocabulary your framework uses. The pattern engine surfaces what manual review cannot: temporal relationships across weeks of logged data and, where opted in, wearable signals.

What the patterns mean for this client is for your practitioners to decide. Tapestry shows what the data says and leaves the interpretation to your expertise. Your name and practice details sit on every report the client receives. Clients bring the report because they choose to.

Not promises. Architecture.

How privacy actually works.

  1. 01

Your clients' wellness data lives on their phones. We do not keep it in our databases.

  2. 02

When deeper analysis is needed, the data is encrypted and sent to an ephemeral instance: a temporary private computer created for that one job.

  3. 03

It runs the analysis, sends encrypted results back to the client's phone, and the instance is destroyed. Not wiped. Destroyed.

No central database of client health data. Nothing to breach. Nothing to subpoena. Nothing to sell.

When you recommend a tool to your community, your credibility travels with it. Our architecture is built so it cannot compromise yours.

How Cirdia works with programs

A partnership, not a platform deal.

You bring the methodology, the audience, and the practitioners. Cirdia brings a privacy-first tracking system that speaks your framework's language, a pattern intelligence layer that works between sessions, and an architecture designed so your clients' data stays protected by design. We start small, usually with an eight-week pilot. If the fit is real, we build out from there.

Frequently asked

Why is Cirdia's infrastructure better than anything else out there?
Most wellness apps store client data centrally and rely on policy and promises to protect it. Cirdia was architected so the central database does not exist. Analysis runs in ephemeral instances that are destroyed after use. Our pattern intelligence engine is built specifically for longitudinal wellness data, including lag relationships and trends that generic analytics tools miss. The combination of architectural privacy and purpose-built pattern intelligence is what makes the platform hard to replicate.
How does the founding team's background make Cirdia uniquely suited for health and wellness programs?
Our founding team brings deep experience across privacy engineering, human-centred design, and the lived realities of wellness practice. Tapestry was not built by a team that decided to enter wellness. It was built by people who listened to women navigating midlife, practitioners working with clients between sessions, and technologists who build privacy architecture rather than bolt it on. That combination is why the product works for programs whose methodologies matter.
What does a pilot commit us to?
Nothing commercial. An eight-week pilot is a shared test: we configure Tapestry to your methodology, you bring a cohort, and we agree success criteria before anyone starts. At the end you receive a written case study. If the fit is real, the broader partnership conversation follows. If it is not, both sides learn why, with no ongoing obligation.
How long does methodology customisation take?
For a pilot, typically two to three weeks from the first alignment conversation to a configured environment ready for your cohort. The work is a collaboration: you hold the methodology, we hold the product, and the configuration meets in the middle.
What happens to our clients' data, specifically?
Your clients' wellness data lives on their phones. When pattern analysis runs, the data is encrypted and sent to an ephemeral private instance, analysed, and the instance is destroyed. No central database holds their health data. We cannot hand over what we do not keep. See our privacy architecture page for the full explanation.
What does a program partnership cost?
Pilots are free. Ongoing partnership pricing is shaped to each program and depends on the delivery model, cohort size, and the depth of customisation. We discuss this in detail once the pilot is scoped.
