CIRDIA RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

At Cirdia, we believe in building trust as much as we build technology. Whether you're a Kickstarter backer, early supporter, or future customer, our return and warranty policies are designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly.
Kickstarter Backers
Kickstarter isn't a store — but we're still committed to doing right by you.
- If we don’t ship your product within 12 months of your pledge, you can request a full refund.
- If your Cirdia device arrives defective or damaged, we’ll repair or replace it — and cover the shipping.
- If you’re unhappy with the product once it arrives, you’ll have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund (shipping not included).
- Your reserved discount is guaranteed for at least 2 years. If you need help redeeming it, email [email protected].
Pre-Sale Reservations
If you placed a refundable deposit through our website and we do not begin fulfillment within 12 months, you may request a full refund at any time.
Reserved discounts remain valid for a minimum of two years — and we’ll make it easy to use them when you're ready to purchase.
Post-Launch Returns
We want you to love what we’re building. If it’s not a fit:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your device for any reason.
- Returned products must be in good condition and include original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Warranty
All Cirdia wearable devices come with a minimum 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
If something breaks or malfunctions under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you — including shipping.
Final warranty terms (including eligibility and exclusions) will be published once our manufacturing agreements are finalized. In the meantime, you can count on at least one full year of coverage.
